1.General Overview.

These T&C’s (referred to as the ‘terms’ hereafter’) describe your dutiful rights in connection with your ongoing use of the services provided by Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi and/or with other services specified here in (the ‘services’) Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your statutory rights. By agreeing and adhering to these terms, you agree that any potential disputes between you and us will be resolved by cross-party dispute resolution and shall not result in legal action being taken. 2. Who we are.

Who we are for the purposes of these Terms is Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi. All relevant bills/invoices shall be raised and payable in the name of Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi. We reserve the right to change the legal entity that charges you for the Services. • The relevant entity with which you enter into these Terms shall be known in these Terms as “we,” “our” “us” or “Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi”.

3. Who you are.

References to “you,” “your” and similar words in these Terms refer to the individual or entity registering for any Services and agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, organisation or third party that you represent, by agreeing to the terms you declare that you have all necessary right, authority and consent to bind such entity to these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you are confirming that you are using the Services for business purposes and not as a consumer (as defined in Regulation 4 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). To avoid doubt , references to “Services” in these Terms refer to your access to and use of our online member network, member-only events and offerings and space in any of our Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi locations (each, a “Premises”) and certain other related services and features we provide. ‘Services’ do not include, nor are we liable for, the provision of products or services by third parties (“Third Party Services’) that you choose to purchase as a result of a recommendation. Third Party Services are provided solely by the applicable third party (“’Third Party Service Providers’) and as such you are bound by their own individual terms and conditions.

4. Changes to our Services/Membership.

The ongoing availability of our services are subject to change occasionally at our discretion. From time to time, we may also make amendments, alterations or additions to these Terms and will provide you with as much notice of changes to these Terms or to Services that apply to you as possible – we will provide any notification in writing via your registered email. We reserve the right to implement changes at any point during your subscription(s) however, changes to pricing will only be made at the end of your contractual subscription and will not occur mid-term. If you don’t agree to the any changes that we may make , you can cancel your subscription within 28 working days of the scheduled changes, however no early exit refunds will be given.

5. Company registration.

During your initial sign up , should you be working on behalf of an organisation you must provide details of your role and/or link to any of your fellow members. You agree that you will not falsely represent any Company/Organisation, third party or otherwise. You must not present or submit any false or deliberately misleading information to us or Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi community. In the event your circumstances change with regards to your involvement with your registered Company, you agree to promptly update your profile to reflect this, you may submit a request to do so at info@cleanhandiz.com. If your membership/contract is provided by a Company, you may lose access to the Services upon termination or change in status of your relationship with such Company in order to preserve any previous sensitive/confidential data belonging to the Company to which you may have had access. If you are an authorised representative of an organisation receiving our Services, you declare to us that you have the correct authority to create and manage an account in the organisation’s name.

6. Payments.

By signing up for any of the services that Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi offer, and providing your payment information, you agree to pay us the relevant fees associated with the services that you are purchasing – be those one off or recurring payments. We will provide you with full clarification as to the amounts due at the time you create your account and/or sign up for the relevant Services. You must ensure that you keep your payment information up to date. Recurring fees will be due on a monthly basis and your scheduled due payment date will reflect your original sign-up date (i.e. signing up on the 15th January will mean that your payment in due on the 15th of each month thereafter). Any one off fees will be invoiced to you and payment will be due within the timescale specified on said invoice. Failure to pay any outstanding bills in full by the specified due date may result in the application of late payment fees at our discretion. The current late fee schedule is available upon request. We reserve the right to suspend, limit or terminate your access in the event of non-fulfilment of payments.

8. Customer Rules.

We expect that all customer will conduct themselves in a professional manner as to not be disruptive, offensive or aggressive towards our employees, other members, any guests or any other third parties. Constant disregard for any of the above could result in termination of our relationship with you.

9. Service Restrictions.

Your membership is specific to you. You cannot add or share your account with any other persons. Should you be found to be doing so, your membership will be terminated with immediate effect.

10. Account Termination.

Cancellation notices can be made at any time on a rolling monthly contract and will apply as of your next payment due date. Fixed term memberships can only be cancelled at the end of the contractual term. If you breach, or we have reasonable to suspect you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict your access to your account and the services or terminate your account with immediate effect and possibly without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to refuse to grant or renew a membership without providing detailed specifics.

11. Advertisements.

By agreeing to use our services, you may receive targeted advertisements from third parties which we feel could be of relevance to you. We will never share your details with anyone without your explicit consent and you can choose to opt out of receiving targeted adverts at any point.

12. Endorsements and Testimonials.

We may occasionally choose to publish reviews of our users experience. These testimonials are the users’ own experience and we cannot guarantee that the findings are universal for all users. Names, locations, dates may be changed to protect the data of users – other than that we can affirm that the feedback and reviews provided are genuine. You may be asked to provide feedback on your experience during your membership, whether you choose to or not is solely at your discretion.

13. Use of the HITCHEN AND CO TRADING AS Clean Handi Name; Photos of the Products.

You may not take, copy or use for any purpose the name “Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi” or any of our property without our prior consent. Any use of video or audio equipment whilst at our venue should be first approved by our employees.

14. Raising a complaint.

Complaints that you wish to make formal should be directed in writing to the Complaints Manager, Connor Hart, via email at info@cleanhandiz.com Please mark the email as a formal complaint in the subject field. We will issue an acknowledgement within 3 working days and compile a compile a full response within 14 working days of our acknowledgement.

15. Waiver.

To the extent permitted by law, you, on your own behalf and on behalf of your employees, agents, guests and invitees, waive any and all claims and rights against us and our landlords at the Premises (collectively, the “Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi Parties”) resulting from injury or damage to, or destruction, theft, or loss of, any property, person or pet (“Claims”) and release the Hitchen and Co trading as Clean Handi Parties from any such Claims

16. Governing Law.

These Terms and the transactions completed hereby shall be governed by and construed under: All relevant UK laws.
